Is it possible to have a care home placed on a farmer's property?
Questioner
My 66 year old neighbor is a farmer and has been single for 1 year due to the death of his housemate. He has (sometimes serious) heart problems (for which he is being treated) and is therefore alternatingly disabled and also insecure. I myself am 73 years old and very healthy and active and have a rented home. At the end of the year I have to leave my home because the lease has been terminated. Is it possible to have a care home placed on his property in which I will live? Would it make a difference if I were to become an employee/co-partner or something in his company?Lawyer
In any case, because you do not need care, you cannot live in a care home, that will have to be the farmer. You must ensure together that there is a spatial investigation in the zoning plan whether it offers that possibility. That could be possible if this is temporary and/or explicitly permitted.
