I am 18 years old and I have a problem with alimony. I recently turned 18 and my parents have been separated since I was 4 months old, and all that time my father has paid alimony to my mother. But now since I turned 18 my father pays everything to me because all fixed costs and expenses are now for me but my mother still wants the alimony while I still have to pay everything and if I do not pay it to her from the alimony then I have to pay 150 euros in board and lodging to cover all the costs that are made there. I earn around 300 euros from work per month and in addition I also receive 340 euros in student finance and the relevant alimony which has been reduced to 150 euros by agreement. I do not want to pay this money because I need it myself to save for my future but since I no longer pay it I have been evicted from my mother's house because I do not pay the 150 euros in question. Who is at fault here and how can I make it clear to my mother that I want everything to be the way it was before so that I can still live with my mother and my father without any problems about money?

I understand that you want to save but it is also quite normal that you contribute to the household costs on the other hand your mother is also obliged to contribute to your studies, until the age of 21. That is calculated by DUO.
