Main residence officially registered with daughter in the Netherlands, she lives in Israel
Questioner
An acquaintance (Dutch and Israeli nationality) has been living in Israel for 12 years after having lived in the Netherlands for 20 years. She is formally registered in the Netherlands at her daughter's address (and she visits her daughter twice a year for 4-6 weeks). She pays health insurance premiums in the Netherlands and files taxes here (receives alimony). Is she entitled to AOW in the Netherlands for the years that she did not actually live in the Netherlands? (but is registered here at her daughter's address)Lawyer
If she is registered in the Netherlands, she formally lives there and receives AOW benefits for those years.Take the next step
