How to file proof of payment

I had a file at the bailiff's office and paid it in full, yet they handed it over to another bailiff's office. I emailed them all the payment methods and correspondence on February 22 and they would look into it. Now on May 3, I have not made any progress and they still do not know what is going on because they have not received any response either. What can I do?Lawyer
