How do I get my money back after Breitling repair?

Questioner

Still Breitling watch brought to jeweler for repair. after a few weeks message, watch was 'fixed'. €150 paid. after a day it stopped again. brought to jeweler again. this process has now repeated itself 4 times. in total 9 months at jeweler. watch is still not working. ask jeweler 'what are we going to do about this now, it is clear that you cannot repair this'. response: 'i have spent hours on it, I can send it to Breitling, then €150 will be deducted from the costs'. i do not want that. other option from jeweler: 'buy another watch here minus the €150'. i do not want that either. my question: what am i entitled to now?

Lawyer

Is a lenient proposal if the jeweler has only charged once. If he has done so multiple times, you could argue that the professional should understand before you that knowledge or skill is lacking, the 2nd or 3rd time for repair. Then a breach of contract has occurred.
