Can I claim financial damages from a secondary education school?

My son (12) has been suspended from his school (VO) for an indefinite period. No online lessons since 10-3-2021. Reason: school is angry because of comments from mother (me). We have a medical certificate regarding a face mask, but this is no longer the issue. The school has deregistered him as of 22-3-21 without arranging a new school. I want to ask if I can request a Finnish compensation for every missed school day. The right to education has been taken away from him. I have all communication in black and white.
