Plb hours and reintegration, but soon contract termination and burnout

Questioner

I have been reporting sick to my manager since April 30th. I actually have to work until May 26th and then I have used PLB hours until the end of the contract date (July 31st 2021). I reported sick on the advice of my GP, the next day my haptonomist advised the same. The GP referred me to the psychologist who classified a burnout. After a conversation with the occupational health and safety doctor and the manager, they want to be exempted from work but that I should be reported out of service... but I do not agree with this, after all I am sick. Then they say that I have to integrate... but this is of little use in my opinion since I actually only have to work for two more weeks and then have time off by using PLB hours... however, I have yet to start my recovery process... how should I handle this situation??

The advice of the company doctor will be leading for the question of whether you should reintegrate. If he advises this and you do not agree, you can request a second opinion and/or an expert opinion via the UWV. That does not suspend the reintegration obligation. It seems to me that the company doctor should take into account the apparent diagnosis of your doctor that there is a burn-out in his advice. The employer's wish that you do not leave employment while ill is not central.
