How can I obtain my rights?

I bought a plot of agricultural land, there were no notarial comments, because the right of way had expired because the adjacent plot had also been acquired through exchange. But now it turns out that both the other owner and the adjacent neighbor still use a fairly large piece of land. I have owned this plot for about 3 or 4 years. I assume that the previous owner can sell the land and also continue to use a portion of it unknowingly. The neighbor next door also had been using this land for years, which was then sold as a complete plot by the previous owner.
