Neighbors plant espalier trees for our solar panels

Neighbors want to place espalier trees partly in front of our shed with solar panels on them. These will therefore get less sun due to the screening of the trees. And we will get less yield. We fall under the municipality of Amersfoort. Can you tell us what is possible and what is not possible or allowed. And what we can do about it. Thanks in advance

Do your neighbours maintain the municipal or legal distances? (legally 2 meters from the property line)? In that case, there could still be a case of unlawful nuisance because the trees - once a certain height - block the sunlight. Whether that is serious enough to write to your neighbors must be investigated in case law.
