Drinking coffee with colleagues

I have been sick at home for 2 weeks due to stress complaints from work (palpitations, vomiting to work, little to no sleep etc.). This arose from a conflict with a close colleague. Now we have 2 locations and at 1 of them are many colleagues of mine but not the one with whom I have a conflict. I want to have a cup of coffee today to see how I feel when I am at the location etc. Can I just do this?
