Anonymous complaint from patient in pharmacy

I work in a pharmacy. A patient filed an anonymous complaint against me via email. My employer said: if that happens again, you will receive an official warning. I cannot defend myself because I know nothing about the complaint. What can I do? Yours sincerely

The employer does not have to mention the name of the complainant. He/she must, however, state the content of the complaint, so that you can defend yourself. If not, the employer may not take it into account. The judge will not do so either. After all, one of the basic principles of our legal system is the right to be heard.
