Neighbors painted their fence black

Good afternoon, my neighbors have painted their fence black. The fence is on their property. Apart from the fact that it is done terribly, they have been on my property without my permission. They waited for the moment that I left my house and then started painting. As you can expect, we are no longer on speaking terms. Is there anything I can do about this? The fence was originally just wood-colored.

If the fence is entirely on their property, and is therefore entirely their property, then they may indeed paint it black. You are free to create your own fence on your property according to your own wishes. In principle, neighbours are obliged to allow access to their property for maintenance and work. Of course, it is customary for this to be done in consultation.
