I always put my garbage bag in the basement or have to take it with me in the car and look for a container that is empty. I totally disagree with this, because the containers are simply full every day. How can I ensure that the decision is annulled and that I do not have to pay the fine of 125. Pay the taxes properly and put my household waste properly in the container and then I will be punished in this way.
