I started a job in sales last month, because this work was not done well enough they fired me just before the end of the month (trial period). I was asked to bring or send a number of documents. I did not send them by registered mail and they have now been lost at postnl. They are now refusing to pay my wages for days that I have worked until they have received these documents. They are aware that I will not be able to get them back. They keep referring to the contract and that it is my fault, but there is nothing about that in the contract. How can I continue with this? because they do not pay I cannot pay my bills either
