How to detach the neighbors' wood shed from our shed and place it back against the property line?

20 years ago, a shared property boundary, consisting of fencing, planks, pergola and wood shed, was placed. In 2015, we built a shed 10 cm from the property line, at the height of the wood shed. In 2020, we were able to determine for the first time that the wood shed, without our permission/knowledge, had been placed against the shed and attached to it. This must have happened between 2015 and 2020. Last year, we first got a view of the wood shed due to work, removing fencing along the path and pruning work, by the neighbours in their garden. In 2021, the neighbours removed the property boundary (fencing, planks and pergola) and replaced it with their own property boundary against the property line on their own property. The wood shed was not removed and taken along against the property line. This new property boundary passes our shed at a distance of 10 cm. and therefore ends against the woodshed, which is not included in the new property boundary. The new property boundary is therefore against the property line and we can place our own property boundary there. Since the property boundary ends against the woodshed, which remains across the property line, we can no longer place our own property boundary. According to the neighbours, they are entitled to use the piece of land by prescription for 10 to 20 years and they do not have to move the woodshed. However, our shed was built in 2015, so prescription cannot be the case here. However, the old property boundary is subject to prescription (20 years) and we have acquired the right of co-owner of the old property boundary. Therefore, by placing a new property boundary against the property line, a cadastral property boundary and a legal property boundary are created by leaving the woodshed, which we do not agree with.Lawyer
