Administration fee never received

I ordered a t-shirt for my grandson and checked that I wanted to pay afterwards via afterpay. Now last Friday I received a final reminder by mail, while I never received reminders by mail. I called afterpay and they said that mails almost never arrived at hotmail addresses. Now administration costs have been charged twice, while I never received an invoice or reminders. They now do not want to write off the administration costs once, so I would be obliged to pay them. Now my question is whether I really have to pay them? It is not about the money, but about the principle. They are now placing the responsibility on me, while it is their responsibility that the invoices reach the right person. The final reminder can be sent by mail, but not the invoice and reminders, while they know that these usually do not arrive via hotmail. I would like to hear your opinion on this Yours sincerely,

Please ask if the email arrives but in spam? Apparently the seller knows about the problem and should have warned you earlier, on the other hand you knew you bought something that had to be paid within x period. I see mistakes on both sides, the first however possibly by the seller.
