Leakage Who is now responsible for these costs?

Questioner

In April 2020 I bought my house. In March 2020, during the building inspection, it turned out that there was a lot of moisture in the ceiling in the living room downstairs. There appeared to have been a leak six months earlier. They then, in March 2020, had an employee of a tiling company check everything and confirmed to me by email that everything was in order, and that 3 small holes in the joints had been repaired immediately. This was after the building inspection. Now the paint is starting to peel again and the ceiling is 'bubbly' and water must be leaking again. Who is now responsible for these costs?

Lawyer

This is not a hidden defect within the meaning of the law, but if the seller has concealed a fact that would have caused you to make a different purchasing decision, for example a lower price, then you could hold the seller liable.
