Received dismissal by telephone

Questioner

I worked for a company as a parcel delivery person. On 22-05-2021 I fell asleep due to fatigue and they took the bus (it was neatly parked, I wanted to stand on the side for a while to recover). I tried to contact them on the first of the month (because the 24th was a holiday). After trying every day, I got a message back on the 28th saying I'll call back this afternoon, to which I responded with okay. On May 30, 2021 I sent an app asking which afternoon because I hadn't heard anything yet. Later that afternoon I was called and told that they were going to see if they wanted to continue with me. On 01-06-2021 I sent an app asking whether a decision had already been made as to whether I could come back and whether the money had been transferred. and the pay slips were sent (no answer). On 02-06-2021 I sent another app asking if the money had already been transferred because the money would be the first in our bank account. No response so I call and they just dismiss me, I see on the app that they are online and they don't respond so I send them an app with the text: Very childish but has my money been transferred or will it not be returned I think it won't happen judging from your response I will go to my lawyer tomorrow. Later that afternoon I received a call from them and they told me that they did not want to continue with me and that they wanted to end the collaboration and if I could also say that I did not want to continue with them because then I would receive benefits and otherwise not, I did not agree to that and from that moment on I have not heard anything more, no dismissal letter, no visit, no app, nothing. My salary was not correct and I was very short of money. I started on 12/30/2020 and only received my contract on 5/21/2021. I have an 8-month contract and I don't have a copy of it, it's in the mailbox. I also have other things in the mailbox that I asked for back, but as usual I haven't received any message about that either. I also have it on the app that I have asked for my contract several times. What should I do

You must make yourself available for work (in writing) and of course be entitled to wages. Whether there was also a dismissal is somewhat unclear (I assume you did not receive a dismissal letter). If there was a dismissal, you would have to start a procedure within 2 months after the dismissal date. I advise you to contact an employment lawyer as soon as possible for advice and assistance. You can call or email me without obligation for consultation.

I have not received a letter of dismissal. But I heard that I am actually on permanent employment because I worked for 5 months without a contract. Is that correct? Does the uvw also help you with this? worked 6 days a week and the contract states 5 days, but the contract does not count if I am on permanent employment, right?
