I still live with my parents and was wondering if it was possible for a 16 year old girl to move in with my grandparents in Germany.

If you really wanted to do that, you could send a letter to the juvenile court judge of the court in your region together with employees of the children's and youth law clinic in your area, asking the judge to change your primary residence so that you can come and live with your grandparents from now on. The judge will then weigh all interests before making a decision. It is a big step. I advise you to also talk to your parent(s) about this to see how they feel about it. That might also solve things.
