Invoices to private individuals

Questioner

I wonder the following...delivery of services to individuals by companies does not always have to be invoiced, read in a reaction elsewhere on this site. The question is if it is invoiced, does it have to meet the invoice requirements? Contractor invoice does not contain delivery date, is it not mandatory to mention this in connection with proof also start terms liability and guarantees? I have paid the invoice, work still not fully completed and damage. Thank you in advance!

If no fatal delivery period has been agreed, the law applies, which requires a reasonable period and you can still urge delivery and then default. The fact that there is no delivery period does not invalidate the invoice. It is more a problem of proof if you state that delivery would take place before x date and the supplier states that this is not the case. Work must be delivered in accordance with the agreement. As long as you have not approved the delivery, the contractor must correct errors free of charge within a reasonable period after notice of default.
