How can I inherit a house from my aunt?

My aunt (my mother's sister) recently passed away. She has an almost paid-off home and I would like to move into her house. Her father (my grandfather) and her sister (my mother) will in principle both inherit 50% of the house, but they both agree that I want to move into the house. But, is this allowed? Can I move into the house while both own 50% of the house, or does one of the two have to be the 100% owner? Or is it even possible that I (partly) inherit the house directly?
