Sent away by new boss
Questioner
I have been working at My Employer for 23 years and on June 1st I was told that the business and the staff were taken over. It is logical that we have to adapt, but he has no patience and it clashes with all the staff. I have already spoken to him several times and after another major irritation this morning he sent me away. I then had my husband call in sick and made an appointment with the doctor. I have never stayed home sick and I was always there and he manages to make me feel completely exhausted. What can I do now? What are my rights? I feel sick just thinking about having to speak to him... I am devastated and cry a lot. What can I do now and what are my rights? GreetingsLawyer
If there was a dismissal, and it looks like it, then you must start a procedure with the subdistrict court within 2 months. You may be able to try to reach a settlement agreement, so that you can leave there and possibly claim benefits if necessary. Feel free to contact me without obligation to discuss your options if you wish. I advise you in any case to remain available for work.Take the next step
