Termination period after 30 years of service

Questioner

Good morning, I have been working as a medical assistant for 30 years now. In a health centre now. Due to a number of operations, a lot has changed for me in terms of the atmosphere and contact. I now work 12 hours. In the meantime I have had another operation and have very little contact with the employer. So I don't feel well there anymore. Had a conversation about this, but it really doesn't feel right. Want to quit my job because of that. Now I can't really find the notice period. Whether this is 1 or 2 months. Can you inform me about this? Kind regards

The notice period is one month, unless a longer notice period has been agreed in the employment contract. Notice must also be given on the correct day. If you give notice, you will not be eligible for benefits. The employer may be willing to come to a settlement agreement. If this were to be entered into during illness, you would also not be eligible for benefits. If you would like to discuss this, please feel free to contact me.
