Register at my address
Questioner
A friend is going to live temporarily, probably for 1 year, at a bungalow park. She asked me if she, together with her son, can register at my address. I own a house and live alone. Does this have consequences for me, apart from the fact that sewage charges and waste disposal charges will increase? They do not physically live with me.Lawyer
Address research can take place: it is prohibited by law to arrange this in this way. Fiscally, it may have a negative effect because you both become fiscal partners. You are then considered a blended family. This in turn has consequences for the right to benefits (that the incomes are calculated jointly). You can of course compensate each other for the negative consequences so that you can offer help. Incidentally, nowadays a year is too short to find a rental home in most busy areas.Take the next step
