Glass hob cracked rental property
Questioner
I have a question about my glass hob. It is cracked and I submitted a repair request to the housing association. However, they do not want to repair it because they say that this is not a non-standard facility. They do repairs on standard facilities. The kitchen was installed by the previous resident, including the hob, and I did not take over anything. The housing association is therefore the owner and does not want to take on the maintenance now. Should the landlord resolve this?Lawyer
Yes, because the glass hob belongs to the kitchen and that is part of the rental house.Take the next step
