Our web host i3d has deleted all our data, this was done by one of their employees and they admit it. Because we do not have any local backups ourselves, the entire website and database have to be rebuilt. Now we only want 1 year of free hosting as a compensation. Can I hold them liable for the costs of rebuilding the website?
