Because of a lawyer who didn't think it was all that important and showed up without any documents or preparation, I now have a debt of thousands of euros with the LBIO. The date that my salary was reduced has been set to the beginning of 2020, but I can prove that I no longer had any income from January 1. because my lawyer did not do his job and I therefore had no evidence before the judge, this was set to 2020. can i revoke this? i even have an email from 2019 that i spoke about this with my lawyer and also with her lawyer who emailed me. so even her lawyer knew about this before we had legally arranged everything.
