Living allowance stopped (benefits affair)

Questioner

I am a recognized affected parent of the tax authorities allowance affair and have been under protective supervision for 8 years. After 3 years, my protective guardian finally requested the amicable process at the municipality, which was ultimately rejected because I allegedly had a fraud file. Then also WSNP rejected due to a fraud file. After 8 years, the Tax Authorities finally recognized that I am not a fraudster but an affected parent of the childcare allowance. I also received the compensation of 30,000 euros last April, which was deposited into the management account. From that moment on, I received 50 euros per week from my guardian and after 3 weeks I asked for more living expenses because I have 3 children. I then received 80 euros (with a newborn baby, diapers and food). Since last week she has simply stopped the living expenses, which is why I was in the store and wanted to use my debit card but had no balance. Is she allowed to just do this, stop the living expenses without informing me of this and what the reason is for this?

Lawyer

No, she can't just do that. Moreover, those 30,000 are intended for you, as compensation and the administrator should at least release a part of it to you.
