How do I know if my ex has filed an appeal?

My ex-wife has filed a lawsuit requesting much more alimony. In the decision issued after the hearing, the request was rejected without reservation, i.e. 100%. She then threatened to appeal but I have not received anything from the court yet. The three-month period has expired as of today. How can I find out whether she has appealed? How much time usually elapses between filing the appeal and communicating to the 'opposing party' (which is me in this case)? Can I ask the Court about this? Yours sincerely,
