Can an agent share private matters with my client?

Questioner

This morning I couldn't drive any further in my client's truck. I had hardly slept for nights and had drunk too much coffee, which caused a claustrophobic reaction. So I got out of the truck, but because it was cold and raining, I ended up in a spiral of panic. I was standing opposite the city hall and hoped to come to my senses there. No one was there. Law enforcement came first and made sure I could go inside to warm up. Then the police arrived who wanted to know what was going on. They asked if I had taken anything besides coffee. I answered honestly that I had taken a CBD drop at home. Now the officer has given me a kind of ultimatum, because he thinks that drop is the cause and not the coffee and the lack of sleep, I have to tell my employer, otherwise he will tell me. Is he allowed to share this with my client??

No, you can't. You do have to make sure that when you're driving, you don't take anything at all. Not even 1 drop of CBD. If something happens, you'll have a serious problem.
