Costs for repair of fence gate by landlord or tenant

I rent a private home. The gate that gives access to the back garden (and therefore also the bike shed) is very stuck, making it difficult to get into the back garden. The gate and fence have been there since I started renting the house, and were therefore installed by the landlord. Can you tell me who is responsible for repairing the gate? Greeting,

It may be that the tenant has included these kinds of applied items in a separate document, but if that is not there, then the landlord is absolutely responsible for major maintenance and replacement. But minor repairs such as a paint job or some penetrating oil in the lock, are for the tenant.
