What is the procedure to get back deposit from the Landlord?

I have rented a house three years ago and during my tenure period neither the landlord or agency do any kind of inspection even when I signed the contract and entered into the house. As per the final inspection I cleaned the house and handover the keys and still he is not satisfied on my cleaning. When I took the house it was not cleaned and the house was completely dirty and so many things laying in the floor. Need your view to proceed further on this.

If you have pics of the state of the rental object entry date, it will be perfect. In the case the Landlord does not work with states before/after, he must prove the house is in worse shape than before , not due to normal wear and tear.
