I signed for a loan.....I regret it now

I had signed for a loan, and right after I got an app that I had to pay 305.32 for a guarantee fee. But it wasn't clear that I had to pay that before I got the loan. Now I have said that I am going to cancel it and now the person says that if you do not pay, there will be legal proceedings. Is there anything I can do about this?

This sounds like a very annoying situation. Whether you can still do anything about the loan depends on what exactly you have agreed. What does the document you signed say for example?
