What are my rights with a temporary contract?

In February 2020 I started working part-time at the secretariat of a social organization. I got a temporary contract of 7 months. Because they were satisfied I got a new contract of 6 months. At the end of the year I had an assessment and it was good. They were satisfied with me and my work. After the 6 months I had another temporary contract of 1 year that expires at the end of March 2022. Now I recently had another assessment and this was very bad, without substantiation and goals for improvement. This bad assessment also surprised me because I had not heard anything from the management or HR about my work all year. Because they did not provide any substantiation of the comments, and I did not get any when I asked, I asked colleagues directly whether they also thought this about me personally and my work in my assessment. They were very surprised and did not recognize me at all in the comments that were mentioned in my assessment. I don't understand why they are doing this at all because if they want to get rid of me they will simply not extend my contract in March 2022. What can I do and do I have rights with a temporary contract because I would like an explanation of how they come to these comments and why they do this? Also because my self-confidence has suffered a blow and because I really like my work and my colleagues. Furthermore, I do not agree with the assessment and will not sign it. Is there anything else I can do with this so that this assessment is not included in my file? Thank you in advance for your response.

I think it would be very annoying if you were suddenly faced with this situation. It is important to respond to your employer in writing as soon as possible. You can explain your position in the letter and officially request a response. You can also indicate that you do not understand where the assessment comes from and indicate why you disagree with it.
