Dismissal due to disrupted working relationship

Questioner

9 years of service in the store. Now 2 years where I am currently, there has always been a problem. I work in the small shop, where 4 permanent employees plus 1 student worker work. At least 20 people have been inside and outside in 2 years including lockdown. As the assistant store manager I usually work with a saleswoman, very occasionally with the store manager. (FB) After a week or two of not seeing each other on FB, FB kept coming up with a strange story, that I wasn't friendly to other colleagues or gossip about FB and so on. The relationship between FB and I has become worse and worse. People are gossiping about me and they are starting to form a circle against me when FB is present. Due to the occupation problem FB and I had to come a lot extra, it was not easy for me because I have children. (FB is 15 years older and has grandchildren.) She was never satisfied with what I did, she looked everywhere for what was not done, belittling, extremely many assignments just for me and so on. I didn't see this right away and I tried every time to do the best job I could. Unfortunately she could never give compliments... the harder I try, the less she appreciates it... Since February we have a saleswoman from another store and the situation has deteriorated enormously. FB no longer needed me to replace due to illness. FB started giving an assignment to my fellow colleagues while I was standing with them in the store. All containers unloading and processing is only for me. FB has written so many notes every time that sometimes I had to work through my break without help from other colleagues because they have other assignment from FB! Sabotage. When I had more than enough, I wanted to have a talk with a regional manager. (RM) RM, FB and I had a conversation but FB already spoke to RM about the facts in her version which is completely different from my version. During the conversation I definitely had the feeling that RM was only on FB, asking 'Do you open the cash register of colleagues when they are not present?' - 'Of course not!', I asked to deploy a Prevention Advisor (PA). RM promised but after 2 weeks I received a registered letter! Shocked! It contained a FB version of the conversation description, comments made about my behavioral problem and it is not necessary to involve PA on behalf of HR Director. In the meantime, I was still on the work floor, but I suddenly became seriously ill when RM asked me to come to the head office. First time sick in 9 years... That same week I received another letter from management stating that I had suddenly reported sick, and was also accused of losing my workbook and such. 1 week back to work, then illness until now... With the letter I made contact with the union and went to a meeting with a union representative. There the HR Advisor put me on dismissal due to absent-minded employment relationship, after employment. When the union representative said 'it's only 13 weeks.' At home seen that it is for 40 weeks!!! I didn't agree because I'm so afraid of seeing people. They gossip about me all over the region. I've noticed my coworkers saying I'm a stealer??? Wow. The story also reached the gentleman from the union employee. The union wants me to fail because they think there is no best option. Accept, dismissal medical reasons after reintegration... burn out. The employer can believe whoever they want, unfortunately, says the man, but I still want to fight for my honor and the honor of my children. Is there a possibility?
