Terminate temporary contract early without notice period

First of all, sorry for any mistakes, Dutch is not my native language ;). My problem: I have a temporary contract for one year and now, after 8 months, I would like to resign because I have received a better offer and I simply do not like my current employer. Now I just read that you can only do that with a temporary contract if this was previously established in the contract. I actually thought that in the Netherlands the notice period is always one month for a temporary contract... My employment contract states: 'Termination clause: Employee and Employer can (after any trial period) terminate the agreement by giving notice, taking into account the provisions in this regard in the collective labor agreement' CAO: The employment contract between employer and employee ends by operation of law - for employees employed for a specific period of time: on the last day of the period. Termination one month in advance was only mentioned for indefinite-term contracts. Unfortunately I can't reach the legal helpdesk because I'm temporarily abroad, so I ask the reddit experts. My question: How can I escape from this contract? It seems like I have to ask my employer for permission to dismiss.

The law also states that a fixed-term contract can only be terminated if this has been agreed in the contract. In this case, reference is made to the collective labour agreement, which also does not allow for the termination of fixed-term contracts. This means that you cannot unilaterally terminate the agreement based on the law. This would only be possible if the employer acts culpably in a number of cases (weighty reasons). However, an employment contract can always be terminated by mutual consent. Ultimately, an employer often has no interest in someone who no longer wants to work for the company.
