Installing playground equipment next to my garden

The municipality is placing a playground right behind my backyard. Is that allowed and what should the maximum distance be?

However, there is a decision that can have very negative consequences in an individual case and that is why your interests must be taken into account, unless the site has already been designated as a playground.
