The hairdresser ruined my hair with injury

Questioner

I went to the hairdresser today to color my blonde locks a bit, I wanted the dark parts a bit lighter. Unfortunately the hairdresser ruined it, I had white ends while I'm 22, my hair started to fall out in large clumps and I have a blister on my head because of the strong peroxide. I indicated that it hurt and that the color is not at all what I wanted. Wanted to keep my beautiful thick blonde locks but now have thin dried out hair that looks like straw, a wound and a color that is a mix between brown white and green/purple strands. From an excuse to another c you are acting up, it is not a wound, that wound is part of it. Your previous color was ugly and this color (which is really horrible) suits you much better. They forced me to pay 55 euros and don't want to solve the situation. What are my rights?

I advise you to make an appointment with your GP immediately and have the wound(s) examined. Please also request that the GP's findings be recorded in your file. Then you will have proof of the injury. As for the messed up haircut, you would also do well to have it assessed by another hairdresser, or at least an expert in that field. Have his findings recorded. If this other hairdresser is of the opinion that the haircut was not done properly, you will also have proof of that. The hairdresser in question who messed things up should hold you liable for the damage in a registered letter. I assume that the hairdresser will be insured so that your claim could be forwarded to the insurer. Legally, you should also summon the hairdresser in question to repair the haircut or at least to fix it in the agreed manner.
