Repay advance WIA from 2019 and 2020

I am currently on sick leave and awaiting the decision of reassessment. 2019 December, January 2021 and February 2021 I received an advance WIA and I have to pay this back, because I indicated during the assessment that I wanted to try to work again and did not want to be declared unfit for work. I was not declared unfit for work due to my own request. I tried to work, but unfortunately I dropped out again. That is why I am now on sick leave and was recently assessed again and am now waiting for the results. During the first assessment I did receive a no-risk insurance from UWV. During my first assessment I did not know that I could be assessed and still work afterwards. I thought if they declare me unfit for work and I am no longer allowed to work, then life has no meaning either, because I want to earn my own money. Because I did not have myself assessed then, I now have to pay back 6,163 euros to the UWV. I have filed an objection and now it has become a lawsuit. I don't know how to proceed with this and how to do it with my taxes, because I have to pay back this amount, so my income from 2019 and 2020 is incorrect. Can someone please help me.
