Homeless
Questioner
My head is overflowing and I can no longer swallow tears; I have been a widow since 2001, a mother since 1981, a 70-year-old grandmother since 2015 and have been renting a senior citizen's home since August 2020. My daughter Linda sold her house last year to protect her children, aged 2 and 5, after her relationship broke up (which I am glad about, probably due to domestic violence). Even though the father had no rights, she still shared 50-50 because she was also afraid of arson..! Because I had purchased a caravan in Bladel in 2020, she was able to use it until October 2020 and now also in 2021, where I looked after the little ones full-time. Linda's postal address is at her sister's address Dooleg 36 in Reusel. But hoping since the summer of 2020 for a rental house through the wsz, her dream fell apart again because these have already been promised to "urgent cases" and she does not get her turn for the second year.. and she has been sleeping next to me in bed for 2 years or at the campsite or here in t Busseltje in Reusel. And the children also here in my rental home (which is not even allowed) what do you do as a mother. . She is HOMELESS WITH 2 CHILDREN ... That is not possible and not allowed., ,. It's starting to take its toll on 55m2 and I'm now lying in bed writing this as I see no way to cope with it. If my daughter doesn't have an urgent story then I don't know what to do either.. Only that I'm getting sick and am staying in bed longer and longer and the kids have to entertain themselves because I don't want them to see my tears.. On Fridays they fortunately go to the other grandma and in between the daddy wants to see them too.. I'm also curious about how this will go.. He can't come in here because this daddy once smashed my lamp in the presence of Linda. (I wasn't there) So I told him to wait.. So my question is: Is there a law that I can breathe. And Linda and her children get some rest? I can't keep this up and I find it terrible to have to admit this... But the children should not suffer as a result. Linda has to work for her living and for her children in a holiday park. Hope you can help us give our children a future and perspective to offer . Hope to hear from you soon because this cannot continue; Kind regards :Lawyer
Each municipality has a different urgency policy and sometimes houses are raffled in a lottery to candidates who are not high enough on the waiting list. Maybe that is another idea, choose another municipality as a place of residence or participate in a lottery.Take the next step
