Termination of employment contract

Around 4-11-21 I agreed with my superior that a termination of the contract would take place in good consultation. This after a threat of termination of the contract because I did not want to perform 4 hours of work unpaid. This on a contract of 6 hours per week. Now the board sends me a letter as if I have resigned myself. I have enough emails and apps that confirm this appointment.
