Part bonus is not paid due to illness

Business-wise I have achieved my targets and therefore achieved my bonus for 100%. Now I have been sick at home for a few months due to a burnout that arose from work. And because I have worked for 8 months, 1/3 of my bonus is now being withheld. Apart from the fact that it has some form of empathy, is this legally allowed?Lawyer
