Landlord used a different type of contract

My landlord has rented me a room on paper but has promised me the house. At the moment I have been living here for more than 4 months without her having been here even once. Now she recently threatened that she will simply enter the house whenever she wants, I was wondering what I am entitled to at this moment. Landlord rental is actually not an option since there is only 1 bed in the house and she has never been here.

Often a written agreement is leading in a specific case. It is therefore important to know exactly what is in your contract in order to be able to give legal advice. You clearly indicate that you have actually made other agreements (orally?) and that the practice is different from the reality on paper. A lease agreement does not have to be in writing. So neither do changes. It is of course more difficult to prove that you have a certain agreement if it is not in writing, but that does not mean that you cannot rely on it. It is also important to know if you can use the entire home, have placed your own furniture, etc.? If the home is rented, the landlord may not simply enter.
