Car insurance

Questioner

Hello, I will briefly explain the situation. My car was set on fire, now there is a major investigation into how and what. The insurance company does not want to reimburse anything, it is a car of approximately €24,000. What is now, the insurance company has mentioned a number of points that they have 'found out'. The points that they indicate are not correct and therefore they cannot provide evidence. I think this is completely unfair, so I want to see what I should do now. I have to give them a response before January 25. If possible, I would like to be called, so that I can explain everything better.
