Neighbor built a 3 meter high fence against a shared garden wall. The shared garden wall was paid for by us and now the neighbor built a wooden shed of 3 meters high right against the garden wall. My garden is only 4.5 meters wide and this is right in front of my window

Your neighbour may build against the shared wall up to half the thickness of the wall/fence even if he has not paid for it. However, he may not unlawfully deprive a prominent room in your house or on your terrace of daylight or sunlight.
