Redemption amount after payment of arrears

I had a backlog with KPN and then I received a message that they would disconnect my mobile phone. I paid the invoice on 27-01-2021 for €111.24, although it was a bit late, but it has been paid. In the meantime, they reconnected the subscription on the same day and I received an invoice for €826.58 on 23-02-2022 Is it legally valid to send such a high invoice for the redemption amount but also request a monthly payment? This depends, among other things, on what exactly is stated in the contract and the conditions. Considering the fact that you have been reconnected, it is strange that they also charge the redemption fee. Perhaps some processes are running parallel to each other? My advice would be to see if you can reach an agreement with KPN and if they can/want to reverse the buyout.
