Termination of rental agreement
Questioner
The landlady (main tenant and son of the owner, from whom he rents) has left the property since May 2021. The subtenants (renting from the landlady) continue to live in the property, despite the notice of termination in May 2021 (until now / March 2022) and make use of the rental protection. Question: are there any possibilities to terminate the rental based on the fact that the landlady has left the property? Or perhaps other methods to force the eviction?Lawyer
This depends on the circumstances of the case. For this it is important to look at the rental agreement to get a clear picture of what has been agreed. In addition, it can also matter how long the tenants have been in the house and what exactly was stated in the notice and what happened afterwards. There are quite a few rules associated with such rent.
