6-month contract with 1-month trial period?

Good afternoon, I had a job interview and they now want to offer me a contract of six months with a trial period of 1 month? This is not allowed, is it? It used to be 2 months, but they turned this back to 1 month and say that this is allowed by law?

This is indeed not possible. A trial period of one month is only allowed for a temporary contract that lasts longer than 6 months. Theoretically, it would be possible for a contract of six months and 1 day.
