complaint service unblocking company

Questioner

On Monday, April 4, a plumber from a drain cleaning company came to work at my house. I am not satisfied with the outcome of his work and the high amount I had to pay. Unfortunately, I let myself be overwhelmed and signed a form. I have had contact with the company several times and want to file a complaint. To what extent is there a chance of success that I can get (part of) the amount back and that the work is still carried out properly without costs?

If the work has not been carried out in accordance with the agreement, you should put the company in default and give it a reasonable period to still comply correctly. If this does not happen within this reasonable period, certain rights arise, such as the right to claim compensation (for example consisting of the costs of another company hired to resolve the matter). What is important, however, is what you have signed. That is not clear to me. For example, if you have signed for correct delivery or something like that, you may have (much) fewer rights.
