Repaired item, but problem not solved.

After using my telephoto lens bought at Rhinocamera for about a year, the autofocus broke. Sent the lens to Rhinocamera on November 30th. The lens would be repaired in 8-12 weeks. After many questions and emails, I was told that the lens was returned to Rhinocamera on March 3rd after repair. But they refuse to send the lens back to me. I am constantly being kept on a string. On April 6th, to my surprise, the lens was delivered at home. No message about it. Only the lens is not repaired and still shows the same problem. So from November 30th to April 6th the lens was lost for nothing. I can send the lens back, but I no longer have confidence that it will be okay and want to cancel the purchase. Is this possible?Lawyer
